  • Tracking information is sent by email approximately 4–5 business days after your order has been placed

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day

  • Because we hand-select each batch for freshness and quality, processing may take 1–2 extra business daysduring busy periods

Missing or Damaged Items

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or delivery service.
If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase

  • A small $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs
