60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Orders Only)
We want you to feel confident when trying Reliva. That’s why your first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
- The guarantee applies only to your very first order
- The refund will cover a maximum of 1 x single item.
- You must have used the product for at least 30 consecutive days, applying it 2–3 times per day as directed.
- If, after consistent use for 30 days, you do not feel any noticeable relief, reduction in discomfort, or cooling effect, you may request a full refund.
- If you choose to exchange a product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies
If you’re not satisfied after following the routine above, please email us at support@reliva.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience, and our team will be happy to help.
Returns
To request a return, please email us at support@reliva.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging
- We’ll send you simple return instructions and, if needed, a return shipping label
- Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted
We’ll always do our best to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Refunds
We want refunds to be simple and transparent.
Once an order has shipped, shipping costs, shipping protection, and gift cards are non-refundable. If you cancel within the 6-hour window, these costs will be refunded too.
- You’ll be notified as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@reliva.com.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
- A small $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
If your order is still within the 6-hour window, just reach out and we’ll be glad to help.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if you’d like something different.
- Return the original item first in line with our refund policy
- Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement
- Shipping protection and gift cards cannot be exchanged
- Choosing to exchange means the 60-day money-back guarantee no longer applies

Special Items
Some items have special rules.
- Shipping Protection: Once your order has been shipped, this service cannot be refunded, cancelled, or returned. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to remove it and receive a refund for the fee
- Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us right away at support@reliva.com.
We’ll send a replacement or find a quick solution at no cost to you.
EU Customers
If your order ships within the EU, you have a 14-day legal right to cancel starting from the day your package is delivered.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit — the cancellation period begins once your order has arrived
This legal right is in addition to our 60-day money-back guarantee for first orders.
